Dominico Caraceni, who created the Caraceni brand in 1913, has generated many other offshoot labels, one of them being Mario Caraceni. Caraceni has been a household name amongst the royals for several decades, dressing the kings of Greece, Italy, Wales and many more. Despite its wide geographical influence, the original workshop remains in Rome and is operated by Dominico Caraceni's nephews.
