About

Shiatzy Chen, meaning "the new look of China" in Mandarin, opened it's doors to Taipei's fashionistas in 1978. If you have money burning through your pockets and an eye for eastern-inspired style, the Shiatzy Chen flagship store may hold some treasures for you. Wang Chen Tsai-Hsia, the brand founder and designer who is sometimes referred to as the Chanel of Taipei, bases many of the designs on an Eastern aesthetic crossed with meticulous craftsmanship. The store offers both men's and women's clothing, housewares and accessories.
