Koliba is a step back in time with live dulcimer bands and dancers decked out in folk costumes performing nightly under rustic wooden alcoves or on a small stage. The cuisine is as traditionally Czech as the entertainment and service. Dive into old world recipes featuring pork, beef and chicken complemented by Moravian vintages. Located within yards of the National Theatre (although on the other side of the road), this large restaurant sits behind a crystal shop of the same name.
