Outdoor summer theatre performed by a cast of teens, charged with a passion for musical theatre - what a wonderful way to spend a summer evening in downtown Calgary. From July 26 through to and including August 7, the cast of Summerstock will hit the stage with "Guys and Dolls", entertaining an energetic audience of young and old. With tickets available. in advance. through Ticketmaster and, if available, at the door, people will be able to purchase a seat for the performance. If you are more daring and willing to sit on a chair you bring yourself or a picnic blanket, just walk up and claim a space on the grassy levels around the stage. Tickets are more than reasonably priced and if you do not prepurchase a chair, donations are accepted at the end of the performance. All monies from ticket sales and donations are given back to the students in the form of education grants, so everybody wins. You will not be disappointed.
