TheTaste of the Himalayas, what we bring to the table is a blend of Nepalese, Tibetan and Indian dishes, referred to as Himalayan cuisine. Our menu is a handpicked selection of favourite dishes from regions of Nepal, Tibet and India. Its "authentic, yet modern Himalayan cuisine" as our Chef/Owner Pemba T. Sherpa calls it.
