Riva is across the street from Dva Ferala and next door to the Hotel Kastil. It is also right at the edge of the sea, which makes dining at its outdoor terrace tables an invigorating and romantic experience. Try a creative fish dish like squid Pandora (cylinders of tender calamari stuffed with Dalmatian ham and cheese) or one of the steaks. If you make reservations 48 hours ahead and can muster a party of four, Riva will prepare lamb or veal on the peka. One server unabashedly said that Riva is the best restaurant in Bol, bar none; he recommended the Vrhunsko vino Bol, the area's best wine. Riva is much pricier than any other restaurant in town, but it is also Bol's finest dining experience.
