The students at the Baltimore International College's culinary school work with the head chef to produce wonderful meals at their lunchtime restaurant. The dining room is elegant, with chandeliers and high ceilings painted sky-blue with clouds. And you have to love the young staff, who are obviously proud of their delicious work. The creative fare might include herb-crusted salmon or braised short ribs; there are also sandwiches and meal-size salads, and desserts are a joy. If you're downtown, this is a pleasant way to break for lunch.
