The Bread Crumb specialises in baking sourdough breads in a stone – hearth oven. In addition to a wide range of continental breads, crusty rolls, pretzels and pastries (danishes, almond croissants etc) there is a selection of cakes, tarts, tortes and seasonal specialities. The gluten free cakes and the wheat free rye bread are very popular, especially for people with a wheat allergy.The breads are made from flour, salt and water. They are free of chemical additives, preservatives, added sugar or dairy products. In addition to tasting great the breads provide a wealth of health benefits from the sourdough leavening processes.
