The Mystic Celt use only sustainable fish and sources much of the other ingredients within a 50 mile radius. All of the crab and lobster used in the restaurant come from local fishermen and only Irish beef is used.Chef Paul stops in An Tairseach, the local Organic farm shop, to hand pick fresh organic ingredients for use in the restaurant.Gluten free and coeliac as well as all other dietary needs are catered for, just ask your server.
