The New Ship, Dooley's Hotel is located on the Quay in Waterford. It is an elegant restaurant and is an ideal location to relax and enjoy a great meal. The restaurant offers great cuisine with an extensive menu filled with locally sourced produce and a wine list to match. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast from 7.30am to 10am and serves continental and full Irish breakfast. Dinner menu is served from 6pm to 9.30pm and is a popular choice for residents and non residents alike. To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend that you make a reservation in advance of arrival. The Early Bird menu is served from Sunday to Thursday 6pm to 7.30pm, Friday and Saturday 6pm to 7pm. Special Occasions are also well served at The New Ship Restaurant. Christmas, Communion and Confirmation, Graduations, are all catered for.Gather for casual dining in the friendly atmosphere and enjoy all that the New Ship Restaurant has to offer.
