Established in 1991 The Silver Fox Restaurant in Kilmore Quay has built up an enviable reputation for it’s fresh local fish dishes. Their seafood is from Steve at Seaview Fish Shop less than 2 minutes away, Nicky Murphy supplies all their fresh crab and lobster which is caught and landed in Kilmore Quay. Their fruit and vegetables are from Paddy Reville of Wexford and potatoes are from the Fortune Family of Kilmore village. There is an extensive A La Carte menu offering a wide range of fish dishes, steak, lamb, duck and chicken dishes also feature. They also have an early bird menu, children’s menu and a take-away menu. New for 2013 The Silver Fox are producing in house and selling home made bread, tartar sauce, Marie Rose sauce, jams and chutneys. All products are Homemade, handmade within their premises in Kilmore Quay, using the finest of ingredients.
