This restaurant is so authentic, it would not be out of place anywhere in Japan. Just like a fine Japanese restaurant in Japan, Tsubame features lots of natural wood and the emphaisis is on simplicity. Downstairs, there is a pretty sushi bar. Everything on the menu is exquiste, but the agedashi tofu may well be sublime. The sake served here is rare even in Japan, as is the shochu, which is little known in Warsaw. The sushi is very good, beautifully presented and reliable. Japanese tea of several varieties is also available.
