Just one of Auckland's many extinct Volcanic regions. This area is now a wetland Reserve which is open to view & has excellent access with boardwalks provided ensuring an easy walk for all. Access is provided off the accessway at The end of The Warehouse way off Akoranga Drive to the north or Mcbreen Ave slightly (Take the Onewa Road off ramp & straight accross to the Sylvan Avenue exist)
