A district with a total area of 424 hectares, Vieux-Lyon is one of most extensive Renaissance neighborhoods in France. The buildings in this area showcase Gothic and Roman architecture during the Middle Ages of 15th century. It is home to the famous St. Jean Cathedral and several well-known cultural museums.
