About

Weinhaus Hubertus looks like a timbered country inn. It's the oldest wine tavern in town, dating from 1696. The place offers German wines accompanied by a choice of homemade dishes -- soups, sandwiches, and light platters, all designed to go well with the wines offered. The furnishings and decor are family-style, providing a homelike atmosphere. There's a choice here of 100 wines from all over Germany, 30 of these by the glass. In summer, you can enjoy the view of the Altstadt from the terrace.
