Wit and Wisdom is located in The Four Seasons Hotel in Harbor East. Its American tavern menu is comprised of traditional comfort foods with an Eastern seaboard influence. The menu honors the farm-to-table movement while paying homage to heirloom American dishes like Amish rabbit boudin and country-fried loin. Local Chesapeake favorites get a different spin from Executive chef Benjamin Lambert. Appetizers like the Anson Mills hushpuppies, lobster corn dog or the tavern macaroni and cheese casserole are creative interpretations of American favorites and are pleasing introductions to main course offerings.
