You Sabai is a vegetarian Thai cooking course with a twist. Learn to make a selection of 12 dishes, from spring rolls to curries to soups to desserts. You'll never be hungry! You cook for over three days in an open-air kitchen, next to the organic permaculture farm, where most of the ingredients you use are grown. All the structures on the property are naturally built and rustic, you will never experience anything like this in the city. You Sabai is located 50kms outside of Chiang Mai with pickup and drop-off included in the price. Pick up is on Mondays at 2pm, and you return to Chiang Mai Thursday around noon.
