This was our 2nd International family trip with Trip factory and the overall experience had been seamless and great throughout. Our special thanks and appreciation to trip advisor Vinay Krishna who had been cordial all thru the planning phase and accommodating additional changes to the itinerary as needed.
While the hotel had all amenities suggested and food offered was good, the daily maintenance of bathrooms could have been better as it was lacking for a 4-start hotel. Apart from this it was a memorable trip!

All over trip experience was good.our private cab driver Mr. Sukhdev was good and helpful. however request to check the hotel condition and reviews prior to suggesting to customers.

Overall it was good , most of the guide will take more entry fee from the pick up point itself , in Phuket one lady called Jenny wasted my 1hr just to upgrade to speed boat . Please avoid this kind of things, otherwise I would have rate 5

We had one of the best vacation. Planning and execution done well. All on boarding and of boarding went well without any hassle. It would have be better if we had our internal flight bit early in the day, so that we could have ample time to explore the cities. Stays given to us was excellent. Pick and drop of cab services was on time and drivers were friendly. Special thanks to Rakshitha C for all the support.

The trip was good and mr. Vedat our tour guide was excellent and he maintained everything very well . Mr.Zubin our tour manager was also good and helpful, The only disappointment was they changed Cave hotel (MDC cave hotel ) to Suhan hotel which was not up to the mark . Experiencing cave hotel is a life time experience which they change to local hotel . Apart from this Indian food was also very good . No problems. Overall we enjoyed the trip . If they had not changed the Cave hotel I would have given 5 stars . Actually trip factory should give cave hotel to everyone so that everyone will give 5 stars . Our Turkey trip was from October 26 to Nov 5 . 2022

Overall travel Itinerary was ok but agent is Singapore was just sending cabs then texting what are all things to do in that place via wassup but he didnt guide us face to face which was bad experience. Tourists needs more info when visiting new places so this has to be taken seriously for next visit. Telegram info was more helpful but tickets has to be shared a day before atleast to plan the next day activities otherwise everything was good experience.

Trip factory has organised the trip well. Driver was well aware of location and really helpful. Hotels at Ooty and Mysore are good however hotel at conoor was not so good as there was no house keeping service at hotel, no staff for assistance in luggage shifting etc.

This was my first trip with Trip Factory and it was a very memorable one. Rithesh Naik was quick in understanding my needs and suggesting the best option available. The booking process was smooth and hassle free . The entire team @TripFactory was very helpful ( Sameer, Suman, Darshan , Clinton )and coordinated well during our 4N/5D trip to Krabi& Phuket in October 2022. The Hotels arranged were good and the vehicles used for transfers were also good. The drivers and tour operators were also very courteous .

It was a very well planned trip. Flights, Hotels, Taxi everything worked for us. Our taxi driver Amol made sure to provide the best possible service. He is patient, punctual and knowledgeable guy. We had a really safe and confortable drive throughout the trip. I would highly recommend him
Other thing that worked for us was timing of this trip. We did not face any major traffic jams as Mumbai was relatively less crowded, due to Diwali holidays.
We would recommend you guys to add Flimcity bus tour to your Mumbai itinerary as they have added new attractions to it.
