Cherry on top was the romantic candle light dinner arranged at Jimbaran Beach Resort. Food was excellent, courteous and smiling Staff and mainly a perfect location with evening throwing mesmerizing colors in sky. A Lifetime memory for sure...

The trip was a success right from the time we contacted trip factory & our advisor , Ms. Sumaiya Saifi . She answered all our questions with patience & was very helpful. The driver cum guide ,Mr. Zubair , was also friendly & cordial . The route to all the tourist places was clearly planned. Initially would like to Thank Vijay And Mohammed who assisted me in selecting the entire Itinerary. They were very courteous and were giving very Helpful advise, Thank You

Then in Kashmir we were really to have a great Guide Mr Riyaz. He was the guide come driver ( but would like to call him a guide). He was very courteous , smiling and kind. A very fun loving and great entertainer.

He use to guide us on where to go, where to purchase, what is kashmir famous for? it nice to have someone who helps and makes your stay comfort and happy

infact we didnt like the property at Srinagar - Shefaf. Though the staff is very good. But property not maintained and away from City.. And Riyaz was kind enough to speak to the hotal to give us the best room

He had a connect and a great relationship with all Hotels. And ensured we were treated well.

Though the month of Ramadan was going on he never complaint not crib. Was always happy to show us the places.

We were very happy when Trip factory upgraded us to the 5 star Boathouse. it was beautiful.

The day we were leaving as Riyaz was having another guest we were given another driver Mr Imitiyaz. Who too was a great Driver and a great entertainer.

Was really happy with everyone services and well behaved attitude.

Ms. Fouzia Sultana is very polite and helpful. She is having good knowledge and conveys it to client in a decent manner.

My trip to Kuala Lumpur & Singapore was well planned. I found all the sightseeing pickups, tickets etc. in place as per Itinerary.

There were only two issues which i faced during my trip: -
1) Cab driver provided to me at Malaysia was very rude.
2) The room which was booked for me at Singapore, Hotel V Lavender. The room was very very small which was far below my expectations.

Overall my experience was good and TF helped me to make my Parents 50th Wedding Anniversary memorable at Singapore & Malaysia.

Dear Trip Factory Team/ Mr. Salman,

Mr. Salman Was Very Polite and Helpful . He Explained us the travel plan very well.

The complete travel is as promised by Mr. Salman and TF.

The Hotels at Kochi and Munnar were Superb . We had a great experience there.

The Driver Mr. William is professional and taken us to all the places as per the itenary.

The Only one issue we faced is with The Boat House, The Crew is very good but Rooms were not much Hygienic, Fans were dirty , basic amenities in the room were absent. Water is too Salty.
Please make sure this will not be repeated.

But this bad experience was recovered warmth welcome and stay @ Rivulet Munnar. This is one of the best Hotels I have ever Visited.

Over all experience was very nice . We are planning a trip to Thailand. Will book it through Mr. Salman /TF Only.

Nicely organized except Travel Insurance, got delayed even after Traveled and given several reminders only done after a day, should be done before Travelling date.

Singapore hotel J8 is very Tiny , not worthy and cannot move inside the room., if booked in another hotel might be good.

Malaysia hotel Ibis is good and excellent.

Transport is good organized in Singapore and Malaysia both are friendly no issues

Over is good

It was an amazing trip. Arrangements in Phuket and Krabi was bang on and hotels were superb. Only reason for me giving 4 stars instead of 5 was because of some co-ordination isssues in Bangkok and poor hospitality in Hotel Citrus Grande Pattaya

It was good trip with all great arrangements hotels were good cap and bus were comfortable.

Hassle free booking, the trip was fantastic.

The trip was very well coordinated,it was a happy experience with timely pick up and proper facilities in priority in packages were extended.

Overall trip was good, as it was well organised. Felt little bit expensive as most of the places we visited in Kashmir incurring additional expenses to hire local commute options and not part of the trip charges. I think this is unique to Kashmir, as they are unwelcoming to outside vehicles. Tripfactory organised vehicle is mostly used for commuting from airport to hotel(s) and back. These facts are anyway communicated as part of vouchers and itinerary. So not a surprise. Hotel options provided were very good and thanks for making it a nice experience.

I must say my trip was awesome. Everything was arranged in a perfect manner. Thank you for the wonderful memory of Bali trip.
