This third-generation heritage hawker sells all things golden and lovely. Come here for some fluffy and crisp You Tiao (dough fritters) or to try the chewy Jian Dui (fried sesame balls). You Tiao is perfect a snack on its own, but it is also traditionally eaten with congee or dunked in soy milk. Jian Dui is a Cantonese deep-fried pastry made from glutinous rice flour, and is often found in dim sum restaurants or Hong Kong style bakeries.
