Jørgen L. Dalgaard

Odd Fellow Palæet

About

This relatively small shop has been hailed as one of Copenhagen's best-kept design secrets. Opened in 1974, it is a showcase for the decorative arts of the 20th century, and its owner is a specialist in Danish stoneware, porcelain, and glass. There is also a wide range of Danish furniture from 1920 to 1980. The big names in Swedish glass, Orrefors and Kosta Boda, are on display, but you can also see the work of lesser-known Finnish designers such as Tapio Wirkkala and Timo Sarpaneva.
