Museum with a model of Beijing ancient city as well as exhibits of Beijing's ancient architecture.This museum narrates the development of Chinese architecture from the earliest days through to modern times. The displays are housed in a stand-along siheyuan type structure which adds a little ambiance. Some of the narration is in English, but not enough to come away with a deep understanding of one of the world's great architectural traditions.
