Narpera is near the most fashionable café zone on Istiklal Caddesi. Located at the end of a blind alley and facing the historical Suriye Passage, this little café is a very cosmopolitan setting for an exquisite dining experience. The decor is eclectic but simple. The cozy ambiance changes in the springtime with the addition of folding glass panels and tables on the street. The staff is very friendly and prices are quite reasonable. The menu offers a variety of international cuisine and home made desserts. Narpera's famous "Vodka Pomegranate" is worth tasting.
