The Bagel Co. has two branches in Copenhagen; the one in the center is situated on Gothersgade 17, near Kongens Nytorv. This is basically a place where you drop in, design your favorite bagel and take it home or back to the office with you. The bagels come in many varieties; plain, whole-grain, with raisins. You can have them as sandwich as well, filled for example with smoked salmon, cream cheese, lettuce and tomato. Coffees are served in handy plastic cups.
