Overall very good trip, organized without any Hassel

I used Tripfactory for a trip with my wife to Maldives on October 21-24. 3 nights 4 days.
It started off with me contacting Tripfactory over email and shared possible vacation dates. Hari Prasad from trip factory took all our requirements into account and booked a 4 day trip to medhufushi Island in Maldives. I have to emphasize that Mr. Hari Prasad went through the trouble of creating as many as 17 differents options of days resorts and vacation packages over a range of prices and flight dates for us to decide.. it felt as though he took personal responsibility in making sure we enjoy to fullest for the money we spend. Then Hari Prasad briefed us before the travel on what to expect. It made us very confident and comfortable as for both my wife and I this was our first holiday abroad together. We realised how informed we were seeing other guests at the resort having to approach reception for everything. As I was traveling during the covid restrictions so being up to date on RT PCR test taking details for return journey and checklist regarding travel docs really helped making our vacation stress free.
Maldives has 100s of resorts so the choice of medhufushi resort by Tripfactory for us felt so tailor made. As it suited our budget, and the water villa we stayed in at the resort was such a great choice by the Tripfactory team.

Overall if you want great value for money and a hassle free holiday I recommend you choose Tripfactory and ask for Mr. Hari Prasad.

Very good suggestions on the hotels and the places to be covered in the trip.
The issues encountered during the trip (Flight was cancelled and change of driver due to uncontrollable situation) was addressed within few minutes and absolutely no hassles. These issues were well addressed and in a timely manner, which did not impact any of my tour plans or i never had to invest any time to resolve them.
I definitely use services of TripFactory in future.
Note: In Kashmir one thing i noticed was, most of the drivers are always on the phone while driving. This is something TripFactory can advise their drivers not to use!!!

Worth for price...it was wonderful

It was really a nice trip I enjoy a lot thanks trip factory for arranging such a wonderful trip

TripFactory responded quickly when we enquired on the Shimla-Manali trip options. They were quick in making necessary changes needed. But little bit delayed on sending confirmation copies, apart from that it was cake walk. The travel experience is so good and no doubt about it. The Himachal Cab services which is booked for our trip in Shimla and Manali provided great service and they made our trip more memorable. Trip Factory has to work on its hotel bookings as hotel booked in Shimla and Manali are not good. Especially Sarthag Regency is worst and not customer friendly. I recommend not to go with those hotels. Hotel Swan in Chandigarh is good and took care well. TripFactory support team will be available for any issues. I loved it. Thanks to TripFactory for the trip arrangements and we loved it. We would like to continue our relationship in future plans too

Hotel in Dharamshala was not good at all, not hygienic and clean, over all experience of stay not good, he charged even for water bottles which is complementary per person in room, saying it’s not written in the voucher.

Actually out of 4 Days we were in the resprt for 3 days since overall 1 day is wasted for travelling from and to airport to the resort.

We wanted to send our sincere appreciation for the Trip factory team specially Ms. Vanita for arranging this amazing package for me and my husband.
We had an absolutely amazing time. From the moment we walked in the entrance to the Centara Ras Fushi, Maldives, we were thoroughly impressed. The interior decor was encountered were all very pleasant and accomodating. Gorgeous room with fabulous view but the best was the staff. What a gracious and knowledgeable hostesses. Our room was beyond exceptions, the housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. The food was absolutely wonderful, from prepration to presentation, very pleasing. Overall, what a wonderful trip. Special thanks to Ms. Vanita for making all the beautiful arrangements for us. We thoroughly enjoyed it..... We would definitely recommend the Trip factory and Centra Ras Fushi as a great place to come to relax and enjoy ur self.

Booked for a maldives trip. The host was very co operative and made the bookings as per my request.

Trip Factory organization was good but there are few thing they didn't tell me about the return back filling form which i am quite disappointed. But overall its was really good!!
