Pros :
Trip itinerary was good, travel advisor was very co-operative and suggested lots of new places and scheduled it well. The arrangement for travel (exclusive cab) was done very well and the driver was safe,reliable and friendly.
Any queries during the course of our trip was handled smoothly by a Co-ordinated Telegram group which addressed our needs.
Accommodations were tasteful and comfy.
Food arrangement was taken care very well and all the accommodations were topped up with free breakfast.
Overall , a very memorable and insightful trip planned by TripFactory.

Cons :
A bit expensive and accommodation arrangements could have been as per the pricing.
Dynamic changes in trip itinerary is not entertained since they have pre-booked evreything in advance, which could be difficult in case of change of plans / bad weather situations.

I am grateful to tripfactory for arranging such excellent trip. I am very happy for the same. Pickup and drop is excellent, people are very friendly and helpful round the colck.

Hotels was nice and travelling was also good.car driver is so nice and very good person he make us very happy travel through all days ,so nice trip.

We had been to Kashmir trip on March 23rd 2021 for 5N 6D with family.... Royal Batao hotel room was ok but food was amazing.. Gulmarg hotel room and food was good... Pahalgam hotel room and food was good but far from Pahalgam town i.e. 10-15 kms... houseboat room was ok.... over all trip was good... driver also good... I would like to recommends other to plan this trip... worth visiting...

It was good but with some hurdles and unexpected change of plans.

I recently went to maldives and tripfactory took care of my entire trip smoothly. They were transparent about the charges to be incurred during the trip apart from the packages.

The most trustworthy organisation. The employees are very resposible and proactive. Special thanks to Nishanth who planned our vacation so nicely and as per said requirements. This was my third trip arranged by trip factory and again won my trust. I will see forward to plan again with trip factory.

Well, words are not enough to mention how helpful, supportive team trip factory was. I had booked the package and just before a day tested positive for covid. Ankur from trip factory has assisted in cancelling all the tickets and plan and ensuring I get the maximum refund. When I re-booked the package and went to Dubai, unfortunately, the test reports were positive in Dubai airport for me. I was quarantine for 10 days in a hotel and Trip factory has again assisted me with my daily tours and site seeing cancellations with full refund in wallet. They ensured my family atleast has completed the site seeing and once my quarantine was done they did arrange the site seeing's which I personally missed and ensured that I did have good time in Dubai after my quarantine. I am sure if there was some other travel agency they would have said we are not liable for what I am facing and they do not cover for what I missed. Trust me !! the customer service was amazing. A great thanks to Clinton as well for bearing so many changes requested from myside.

Having said all the above, I would like to give a special thanks and appreciation to Seema Tabassum, who was splendid in her service towards me. She was emphatic with the situations that I was facing and she has supported me throughout till I got back home.

Kudos! to trip factory. you guys nailed it. All my future trips will surely be with you guys; however, with me giving less trouble going forward.

Overall experience is nice, nice coordination with us .
Food and Hotel is good. Specially the travel agent is very nice guy.

Trip factory remains my go to travel agent for all my holidays during the past few years. Sanchita has been of huge help. The recent trip that I had with my family to Gangtok and Darjeeling wouldn't have been so smooth without the meticulous planning and support by the Trip Factory team - both the sales, the execution, and the support team. My only wish is that - the team needs to be a bit more proactive to understand the customer needs and suggest the overall plans - rather than trying to come with an "optimal" plans. And provide suggestions to the place that we will be visiting. If a place isn't all that great - please suggest, so that we can change our mind and focus on something else. For example: Gangtok is an awesome place to visit with your family, however Darjeeling isn't up to the standard that one would expect to be. The hotel that we stayed at Gangtok isn't up to the standard either, though the city is just absolutely amazing!

So - these are the takeaways and suggestions to TripFactory consultants. Do understand what the customer wants, and demonstrate your experience and insight on the place.

Having said that, it's always a pleasurable experience with Trip Factory. Way to go! And thanks Sanchita for all the help!

Overall it is nice experience. I specially thanks to Sonu from Tripfactory to coordinating the travel very well.
Regarding resorts, it is a nice resort to plan your vacation, nice and spacious rooms and good locations. However i will like to comment on food, it is more or less similar items in all days, variations we didn't find it much.

It was very well planned and explained by Mr. Ankur Dwivedi. He has planned it according to our needs and managed to work out with in the budget I have given to him.
In low budget he has given us all the activities and nice hotel.
