We booked a 3N/4D trip to Mysore + Coorg from Trip Factory (I have taken holiday packages from them earlier, and always it was a smooth experience). The executive, Kamini helped me with a perfect itinerary with 1D in Mysore and 2D in Coorg, along with suitable flight bookings from Mumbai to Bangalore (both ways). Even after finalizing the itinerary and booked the package with an interim payment, I asked for some changes, and Kamini & TF team helped me with the same without any hassle.
