1. I booked this trip 2 months in advance with clear instructions on what I need.
2. Too many people handling the request, right from the beginning till the end, too much of communication gap within tripfactory.
3. Too much of follow-up to get the right itinerary and false promises all the way long.
4. Even after reaching Bali, confusion continues. We were taken to wrong hotel. Then the travel agent doesn’t have the itinerary I requested and paid for. I called up Tripfactory from Bali multiple times and the same lame excuse and confusion continues.
5. We were sent in a SIC to Bali Safari & marine park, whereas at the time of booking I was told it is in a private vehicle. The shuttle bus reached the park late and we missed couple of activities.
6. The sightseeing description on tripfactory while I booked the trip is now changed. It doesn’t include the places initially mentioned during booking and no information was passed on to me about this change. The itinerary I paid for is not what was offered to me. I had to pay separately to get the missing things.
