We went family trip to Thailand via TripFactory. Trip was amazing and enjoyed a lot. Tripfactory co-ordinated the trip in a well versed manner especially cab pickup's and drop's at proper timings. Guides are there to take care of us in the required spots. Will get the updates via Telegram on daily basis regarding the next day's trip. Hotels also very nice and its in prime location for shopping.
Overall am fully satisfactory and prefer next time also to go with Tripfactory.
