1. Very Good Service in giving the detail about all the activities and travelling
2. Very Good support staff
3. Agent - Very good staff

Things to improve
1. Planning of activities - day wise
2. Hotel - Not very good properties despite being 4 star
3. Atleast provide some local detail about the area , so that its easy to travel on free time
But , i am very much happy with the trip and had taken lots of memories also
