Special Thanks to Sufia whom i coordinated with to book my entire trip.
Things that i liked about trip factory.
1. Priority towards customer service anytime anywhere. I had bothered the team with so many doubts still they were patiently able to assist me.
2. They will make you happy more than 1000%.
3. They give you options until your comfortable with.
4. The coordination between offshore and onshore is just awe. no words.
5. My trip was booked for Bangkok & Pattaya 6nights 7 days. There was no day i got delayed by cab nor cab delayed for me .
6. Arrangements were ultimate.
7. Daily support via telegram app was awesome.
8. Choice of the hotels suggested by your trip adviser is simply to consider coz they know how a customer likes the hotel.
