Apollo Jazz Café models itself after the famed and hallowed Harlem venue that welcomed jazz greats from Ella Fitzgerald to Billie Holiday. The Montpellier version includes a restaurant that serves traditional soul food, as well as tasty meat dishes from the grill. At the bar, you can order any one of custom drinks, many made with fine Cuban rum. The real attraction of this night-life hot-spot is, of course, the music.
