Neatly organized trip

everything was planned from the moment we landed at the destination and trip factory was with us the entire journey till we reached the airport to board the plane to India. procedure very simple, the best thing was that I did not meet the concerned person who planned the Itenary for us personally, all communication only was through telecons. Ty Trip Factory for making our Trip enjoyable and hassle free and mainly worry free.

Being a repeated delighted customer and 3rd trip to Singapore Malaysia with family, its been a pleasure and sheer happiness to be on vacation with Trip Factory.

Arrangements are always top notch

Though coordination is always great, this time had some hiccups but can be discounted.

We had booked our trip to Japan 9 months prior with TripFactory, a company we had not heard of before. They customized our trip as per our preferences, giving us a hybrid of guided tours and leisure time. Our agent, Sagar, was always available to handle our queries. Everything went very smoothly from airport transfers to guided tours. Their local representative, Erica, was very organized and efficient, she would give logistics on whatsapp group prior to the tour day. All the tour guides spoke English well (a huge factor in Japan), they were friendly, helpful and professional. This trip to Japan was considerably expensive, so our expectations were high and we were not disappointed. We are looking forward to using TripFactory again for our Europe tour in 2026.

This was my repeat trip with TF, however I have following suggestions:
The people and companies involved in the entire booking process are not known- there should be total transparency as who belongs to TF and who is from channel partner.
In a group booking it should be ensured to have a homogenous group rather that heterogenous with people from one state, place or caste dominating other members.
Before confirming the flight tickets it should be apprised to the guest and the layover time also should be told.
Adequate time for shopping be also planned in some big malls or famous places rather than street shops only- depending on individual's choice.
Food choice should be done very discreetly as we were served Hindu Non Veg meal wit prawns in it and my wife and self are both allergic to prawns- so allergy if any should be checked before booking the ticket. Luckily the flight staff agreed and changed the meal.
Negotiation to be done with channel partners for bus/transport to be flexible and not very rigid quoting time and rules(within permissible limits).

from booking to end of the trip everything was hazzle free.
thanks to mohanawho booked the package accordingly so that we and kids can enjoy.
from pick up to breakfast everything was awesome.

our Andaman trip was successful only because of Trip factory..Planning was done with the help of Trip factory..We are thankful for Andaman bliss group and all the hotel group for their hospitality..

Overall, my trip to Georgia was a great experience. The destination was beautiful, and the itinerary was well-planned. I thoroughly enjoyed the sights, culture, and hospitality.

However, I was quite disappointed with the service provided by the Indiana representative, Mr. Sagar. He was not at all helpful throughout the process. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, there was no response to messages, which made certain parts of the trip stressful and inconvenient. I hope the organizers take note of this and ensure better communication and support in the future.

We recently booked a 1-week family trip to Dubai in April 2025 through Trip Factory, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! The package included round-trip flights, 6 nights of hotel stay, and a 6-day tour itinerary that covered all the major attractions and must-visit spots in Dubai.

Right from the beginning, the entire trip was well-planned and extremely well-organized. We were particularly impressed with the daily updates shared on the dedicated Telegram channel, which included pickup and drop timings, important contact details, and the day’s itinerary. This level of communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The local coordinator was also very supportive and responsive whenever needed.

The sightseeing tours were timely, informative, and enjoyable. Every place we visited—from the towering Burj Khalifa to the serene Desert Safari—was thoughtfully arranged and gave us a real taste of Dubai's charm.

The only slight downside was our return flight, which unfortunately did not match the high standards set by the rest of the trip. We feel that an alternate airline or better service provider could have made the return journey more comfortable instead of FlyDubai Airways.

Nevertheless, this minor hiccup didn’t take away from the fact that the rest of the trip was truly memorable. Kudos to Trip Factory for putting together such a seamless and enjoyable holiday. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and look forward to planning our next vacation with them!

Japan Tour | March 24 – April 05, 2025

Yet another exceptionally well-organized, coordinated, and smoothly executed trip with Trip Factory! Team Sreesha, Sagar, and their manager were incredibly cooperative – always open to customizing the itinerary to suit our needs, while also providing valuable advice where needed.

The bullet train experience, that too multiple rides, made many people envious, and rightly so – it was efficient, comfortable, and an absolute must-do. A special thanks to local partner Erica, who ensured everything was seamless and free of any surprises.

As expected in Japan, room sizes were on the smaller side, but they were spotless, tidy, and very well-maintained. Our journey across Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, and Miyajima was simply magical.

We were lucky to catch blooming sakura (cherry blossoms) at their best, and nature was certainly on our side throughout.

For future travelers, we highly recommend including a visit to the Himeji Castle, and spending more time at Arashiyama – it truly deserves it.

Good good support through out the trip, good communication in the trip

I travelled to Bali from 20.03.2025 to 25.03.2025 for six days with my family.Being senior citizens we had doubt in our minds how the trip will go.
But it was very well organized trip with great help from Tripfactory team.from day one to day six it was a great experience with the help of our guide Mr Mank who was of great help. The vehicles provided were very good and our guide Mr Mank was too good.All the activities were as per the itinerary and well conducted. Overall trip was good. I got positive response from Ms. Kavyashree. Telegram support was good. Almost everything I have received instant reply. Ground team at the spot was not always good. All the tourist guide was not very professional. Hotel was bad except Cambodia. All the hotels in Vietnam was small as compare to Thailand & Bali. 3 star rated hotels provided us 350 ml water bottle per day. Ho chi minh Hotel even did not clean our room on 2nd day. All the car provided to us of good quality.

The trip was planned in a nice way. Great appreciation to Samudwith and his team for the arrangements and support. Hotel was very clean and was nearby to Indian restaurants. The guide Agata was also helpful and kind. The trip was covered as per the provided itinerary and had great experience. Highly recommendable to others.

It was a wonderful trip and we have thoroughly enjoyed the trip as a family.. Right from Airport pickup, stay and covering activities, it was a well planned end to end itinerary provided to us..! Food was our worry as we have gone with toddler, but there was an Indian restaurants near every hotel booked for us, that made our life easier during the trip...Again kuddos to the entire Trip factory team for making a memorable experience.
