We thoroughly enjoyed our Malaysia and Singapore trip. You did a fantastic job arranging everything , perfect balance of activity and rest time. The hotels were excellent, with friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and comfortable rooms. The vehicles and drivers were also top-notch. This is my third trip with tripfsctory. Very helpful and satisfied. Went to Dubai first then Bali, and now Thailand to Pattaya and Bangkok.
Prabin was the agent who handled and coordinated everything for us. They ensured our safety at every step. Their drivers were extremely professional and they booked very good hotels at good prices.
Highly recommend this agency for your international trips. Language wont be a barrier, staff will be helpful and reatime support is constantly available through telegram.

Holiday planned by Tripfactory was really good.
Just need to select Hotels with Indian breakfast. We got Indian breakfast at only Ecotel Bangkok hotel.
Other issue was with phuket hotel. CASA DEL M RESORT. RESORT was very nice but power failure was there and resort do not have ant power Generator. All was dark, no any emergency light in room as well in resort. Need to check basic things should be available by ground team before selecting any accommodation.
Otherwise, support from local ground team , pick up and drop vehicles; drivers has privided excellent support.

Trip factory make it very easy the trip to Singapore for us.
They have planned everything as per our requirement on customized basis and the hotel the trasport and all the provided services are upto the mark.
Even they provide extended support while we miss their scheduled share transport service. In the very new country we won't feel alone , we always have someone to contact or to cordinate to help us throughout the trip that too in the very new area and country.

Well organized and well executed trip. A touch pricy but right from the stay to travel to the vouchers, we never faced any kind of problems. Customized itinerary helped us a lot to plan other visits. Overall the tour was ok, however the hotels selected need to be reviewed.
Services are just ok.
Breakfast in 2 hotels are not just acceptable
Dinner in cherrapunji hotel is not one expects on a holiday.
Your taxi service has to be more accommodative and less grumpy.
If there are some road blocks, alternative sightseeing has to be arranged. Customer does not have to suggest to get trip factory to act upon.
Services are just ok.

It was a well-organized trip by the team at Tripfactory. Mr. Anil was so patient in preparing our travel plans, and we enjoyed it a lot. I wish some of the stays could have poolside-facing facilities, as we stayed for a decent 1 week in different parts of Thailand.

Overall, it was good experience.
For the tours provide the tentative return time and time that can be spent in that particular place one day early itself, when you provide pick up time. This way it will set the expectation and we can plan our time in that place.

Our trip to Europe in the month of May 2025 was amazing. Trip factory planned the entire schedule very well without any issues anywhere. Right from our arrival at Paris to the departure from Rome, everything was perfect.
Our initial interaction with Ms Varsha has been very good and thereafter her support and communication were excellent throughout. Mr Ashish, our tour manager was amazing to be with. Very friendly and thorough in arranging things with clock like pression. Thanks a ton. Enjoyed thoroughly. Our best wishes to Trip factory.

Overall, our recent trip to Himachal Pradesh was a good experience – the sightseeing arrangements were enjoyable and well-organized for the most part.
However, there was a significant issue with Aaroham hotel bookings. We were not informed in advance about a change in hotel accommodation, which led to unnecessary confusion and time wasted searching for the original hotel. The replacement hotel was located in an area that didn’t feel suitable for a family stay, which was disappointing. While we were offered a complimentary dinner as compensation by Nirag (thanks to him), the trip expert did not communicate this clearly in advance. The hotel manager mentioned he had already informed Tripfactory that this hotel is closed.
Additionally, there was poor follow-up regarding a refund we were expecting for flight tickets. Despite multiple messages, there are no response, which made the experience frustrating at times.
Nirag from escalation team stepped in and informed me that he has already initiated a request and refund would be received in 7 days. I am waiting at the moment.
I hope these issues can be addressed better in the future with clearer communication and more proactive customer support. The trip had a lot of potential, and with better coordination, it could have been excellent.

The entire trip was nice with good coordination..food was nice..loved the entire experience but the itinerary could have been better as we went from a nice place to not so nice place..the last hotel provided in Darjeeling was not nice as the rooms were not clean,the location was hopeless and there was no water in the washroom,which spoilt our entire trip..loved Sikkim..Darjeeling could be omitted as there is nothing to see there.the trip organisers should inform before hand what activities are available in the place and how we can go about doing it before hand so that we don’t miss out the fun

The hotels I am mentioning are 4 star hotels. Overall the trip was good. provided with regular assistance. Galway Heights hotel in Nuwara Aleya was not upto mark, no lifts, less or no occupancy, food very bad, flies in dining room.
Radisson candy , no complaints, overall good place.
Cinnamon Bey , is nice but the food was not upto mark.
Radisson Colombo, receiving staff could not at least give the welcome drink, we s
wereshown the place they keep the welcome drink and we helped ourselves. After checking into the room the A/c did not drop below 26 and the mechanic confirmed repair, they started to open the vents whuch we objected as there will be fine dust and told them to carry the work after we are shifted to a new room. It took 3 hours to shift us to new room. food was not as good as the Radisson, Candy.
We are repeat customers of Trip Factory. No problem with the representatives of the company, They were all the way with us.
The driver they provided was very good, neat, safe and a yes boss person, he never had a no for us.

I recently went on a trip to Shirdi, and while the overall experience was pleasant — especially thanks to our courteous driver and well-organized trip advisor — the hotel stay was a letdown.
The hotel did not meet the standards expected of its claimed star rating. The hygiene levels were subpar, and the facilities were poorly maintained, which was quite disappointing considering the expectations set by their advertisements.
