I recently used Tripfactory services and want to express my complete satisfaction. The planning phase was seamless, thanks to Sakshi. Transportation was punctual and top-notch, with excellent quality cabs. The Telegram support was exceptional, providing quick responses within minutes. Overall, a flawless and memorable travel experience. Highly recommended.

- Planning (4.5/5): Their planning was almost flawless. Starting from VISA application to flight bookings, intercity and airport taxi, and most importantly the itineraries for each day was planned mindfully. I liked that every 1st day in a new city was given to us to decide what we wanted to do, or if we wanted to relax and their tours only started day 2 onwards. The only issue which I hope they rectify in future is that the flight landed super late at night (around 3AM) and hotel was booked starting the next day at 2PM in the afternoon. It was a roll of dice whether the hotel would accept early check-in and unfortunately, for us it was not in our favour and the hotel denied early check-in. We had to spend the night sitting on their reception couch, until other hotels opened after 6AM and it was extremely inconvenient. It would be better to have the booking made from 1 day before even if it adds to the cost, to avoid this inconvenience after a long day of travel.
- Accommodation (5/5): They did not compromise on the quality of hotels. We even got a 4 Start Hotel in Da Nang and it was amazing. The hotel services were great too. Breakfast was nice.
- Service (5/5): They have an amazing Sales and Support Team. They also have on-field support within Vietnam which is crucial in providing on-demand support. They also create Telegram Channel where they keep posting regular updates about next taxi arrival time, tour bus arrival time and status, etc. they also have great response times.
- Price (5/5): Very reasonable price

I had booked a vacation travel to Australia for 7 members of my family through Tripfactory. The entire experience was pleasant - right from booking, through the visa application process until confirmation of all transfers and pick-ups in Australia. I would also like to highlight the team took special care to book flights with timings that were convenient (during day time) considering we had 2 children and 3 senior citizens. Once, we reached Australia the entire execution was flawless with great support from their partner team (Sahil and Rohit), who were always available for support on WhatsApp. There were couple of instances where I needed clarifications, and responsiveness from Sahil's team was impressive. I would also like to mention Nishan who took entire end to end ownership of planning, considering some last minute changes and tagging me with their team during the travel. Would definitely recommend them for everyone based on my experience

We had a week long trip to Dubai booked through Tripfactory. Hotel accommodation provided was satisfactory. Food was of good quality. Room service was very prompt.

We had a week long trip to Dubai organised through Tripfactory. The itinerary was prepared by Abhishek in detail over 10 iterations. The tickets, visa, all transfers at Dubai as well as all entry tickets for various visits were made available to us via Telegram group by the team. Darshan was available for any last minute requests.
Seat blocking in the aircraft could have been done earlier so that we could have got better seats or we could have been given the option to upgrade to seats with more leg space.
Financial services team could have taken down payment and reduced the fare instead of asking to pay the balance 10 days before the departure.
Overall the trip was well organised.

Overall experience is good.
Reason to give 4 rating is the sterling orange hotel Gangtok.
Bad experience. No proper clean rooms it was stinking. No hair dryer. Food pathetic . Served cold,
Arranged in casino which was not suitable for kids. No where it was 4 star rating hotel. Total waste of money on hotel in ganktok where we spent most of the time.


On the other hand . Excellent hotel of sterling in Darjaleeng. Special call-out on food and hotel service

Vehicle and driver were good.
Initial conversation with Sanket on Package and plan was good.

Could have given 5 star but didn't feel coz of the hotel provided in Gangtok , I specifically mentioned 4 star but it didn't meet expectations in Gangtok.

I trust trip factory assuming team will provide good hotel after spending this much money but it didn't happen in Gangtok.

Thanks to Kajal Jain and entire team of Trip Factory , the tour was very well organised , we enjoyed Dubai trip a lot , the field team was also planned our tour very efficiently.

The arrangement by Representatives were good. Cab Facilities were good. Cabs were on time. Drivers were polite.

Finding the exact location while picking up from the tourist spots were not easy. The local people were also not much helpful in this case.

We were informed that Hotel Rooms are small. But didn't expect rooms to be very very small. Its hardly 100sqft. No place to walk around.

Feedback for Representative: Booking the slots were mandatory in few places like Animal Safari, Wings of the time, etc. This we were not informed earlier. This was mentioned in the ticket, but the tickets pfs are quite huge. We didn't get time to read everything. So, it would have been good if we would have told earlier itself.
For Wings of time, it was clearly written on the ticket that if the ticket is combo with Cable car, no need to book the slots. But when we reached at the entry, they asked to book the slot. So we stood in the queue for booking the slot for extra 30 mins.

Prior to travel, Regular interaction with the representatives helped to plan the travel well.

Best coordination

Overall the trip was very good, had a very peasant experience, but the places to visit were little far off from the hotels we stayed, which could have been organized in a better way. The driver in bali was very helpful and cooperative.
Would like to appreciate Mr.Suman's effort in planning and cooperation for making our trip a wonderful experience.

It was a fantastic trip and we enjoyed the trip. But coral island trip was cancelled due to bad weather and it was disappointed apart from that we enjoyed our trip.

Trip is over and we 04 travel together are back. During interaction with Advisor, I had shared my concern on working of TripFactory as a company in Hospitality/ Travel Service sector were shared. I am writing these points so that working can be improved and efficiency brought in the system.
1) Too much system driven approach was observed which in India in Service sector is not resorted. Trip Advisors are puppets for maximising for company by extracting as much as possible from the Client/ passenger/ Stake holder in the venture of trip.
2) Trip customisation done but at unseasonably high cost.
3) The total amount agreed with Trip Advisor if different than Total cost recorded by System then Advisor can assure you of final cost as agreed but system will show higher cost and payment schedule. Then final joke, ever after releasing advances and interim payments it is shocking to get Gentle Reminder (or one can call extortion reminder) showing payment due and funding charges @1% per Day and then weekly charges added. The Advisor shows his helplessness and humbly says NO FINANCING CHARGES will be levied in Final invoice. This is like Money Lenders threatening loan seekers. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED IF COMPANY IS TO PERFORM IN INDIA & with Senior persons of repute.
4) Even after providing the PAN CARD, PASSPORT Copy & Snap soft copy (tickets & hotel vouchers with TripFactory) we kept on getting reminder from Trip CARE as well as VISA section to fill the data of passengers online else they will not process the visa or documents to IT authorities. We replied to mail reminder that it should be done by your persons as all data with company but System will acknowledge the mail but next day again send the reminder mail without replying to your mail. Ultimately we had to fill in the online format & submit which could have been easily done by your staff. Vietnam visa was extended a day before departure but Bali online visa on arrival was left to customer to take care. Finally it was told that from India it can’t be done so take on arrival @US$25 each in cash. Although in 05 minutes on Indonesia web site I could apply and got visa with online payment. To keep the customers at ease (even if The cost of visa not included in package) the same should have been processed and cost demanded from us.

To conclude: The above points to be kept in view as a process of improvement and bring flexibility in dealing with human touch. The interacting with Teams on Telegram group was excellent, dealing persons cooperative and smooth flow of tours, guides & transport was there without interruption in same. The Hotels & facilities therein provided started on down side/ reducing from first hotel at Bali then Ho Cho Minh then Danang (no running restaurent in so called 4* hotel) & finally Hanoi. Actually the Hotels have also extended worse of their room (size & room layout in Hotel) for booking coming from Agents being prepaid and bargain prices which is to be taken care of by ground verification team. Overall Experience I would rate VERY GOOD against OUTSTANDING (which can be achieved by Trip Factory with little efforts & no additional cost to company/ customer).

Would appreciate action taken / feed back on my remarks which are for improvement.
