Overall it was a very nice experience with the team. Right from booking the trip to coming back to home, they guided very nicely. They also have a telegram group for 24/7 assistance which is a great thing. I did not face any issues in the trip and thanks for the team.

My parents are happy with the Trip. Overall it was a peaceful journey.

I opted a 5days/6nights bangkok and phuket trip for a family of 4 and overall experience is good, they have picked up from the airports and to hotel without any delays and the vehicles provided are also good, hotels are fine but could have been better IMO, itinerary can be better as one days we have travelled over 5+ hours in car + boat to stay in a island for 2 hours which is not that great ( james bond island) , everything is fine and i do recommend to others regarding trip factory.

The trip co ordinator Sagar Menon did a great job.
Not happy with visa team. They didn't respond properly.
So many contacts came in this process and most of them rejected the calls.

It was a very nice trip although Ooty don’t have much things to explore. But all the things were arranged perfectly, the service given by Mr Jagdish ( driver ) was very -2 good. But I feel it would be better if u would have recommended us to book Coimbatore flight instead of Bangalore to avoid 8 hours travel one way.

I have taken only transport package but they have sent 1 decent driver. As a solo traveller I should feel secured when I get into another city so, I felt the same bcoz he was guiding me wherever I go. His behaviour was good treated very well. But for visiting gulmarg he said like without gondola ticket waste of visiting he told me.

I can't recommend Trip Factory enough for their exceptional service in planning and organizing our trip to Thailand. Sindhu, in particular, exhibited meticulous planning skills, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully considered to craft an itinerary that allowed us to explore numerous sightseeing spots while still enjoying relaxing days at our own pace.

The itinerary flowed seamlessly, thanks to timely pick-ups, friendly drivers, enjoyable sightseeing tours, and comfortable accommodations. While there were minor hiccups regarding ticket availability at a couple of sightseeing spots, the Telegram team promptly addressed and resolved the issue, showcasing their responsiveness and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Overall, our holiday was truly unforgettable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trip Factory to friends and family looking to plan their dream vacation. We, a group of 5 families (including above 60 yrs couples) made a 7 day trip to Thailand through 'Trip factory' last week. Visited Phuket ,Pattaya, Bangkok and returned home yesterday .
This was the first time we were using services of 'Trip factory' for any overseas trip and was a bit apprehensive about how the trip will progess.

But they organised it in a very professional manner.
All bookings for flight , Hotel accommodation , Airport pick up ,local transport and various sightseeing were carried out exactly as planned and informed us in advance.
We never had any problem throughout the trip.

Took care of each and every minute arrangements and executed it most efficiently.. The guide Lili maasi and marina is well equipped with information of destinations with pleasing personality and best time management!! Added an exciting and happy travel experience. Pre tour communications were good, but should have more clarity.
Tour guide has enough knowledge and understanding of the trip.
Going by bus during the day has wasted time in seeing place, which is the purpose of booking’s.
Most of the place has been shown outside due to Lance of timings.
Daily changing of buses, was hectic, since we have to wait.
Indian restaurant lunch was coordinated very well.
Hotels had to be chosen properly, since certain place no WiFi and proper plus to connect.
Overall it was an enjoyable trip and still needs proper planning.
Traveling from Frankfurt to Italy a long journey has been lot of d discomfort, spending has a day in the bus, doesn’t serve the purpose of this trip.
