Overall Experience was Excellent . Good Support from the day of enquiry of the holiday package till the final agreement . Response time was quick in providing option and also helped in Ticket Booking. I would recommend to go for ticket booking from this team as it is very competitive compare to online.
The Actual Trip support start 1 day before teh travel date, getting teh appropriate details required for Travel, Site Seeing and getting Government official approval. Provided Driver details one day in advance. Appreciate the follow-up of the team and response to our call . Provide good guidence. Also the itinerary is very detail and well defined all terms and condition.

Only one observation the driver from Bagdora to Gangtok , Driving was good, but sound bit un coperative.
The Driver for Darjeeling site seeing - Mr. Suraj and Mr. Dhiraj were very good on all aspects.

Starting from flight ticket booking, e-visa, hotel booking to providing daily vouchers of activities and on ground execution of services was very well taken care of by Ankur and team. Trip was all great in terms of punctuality, covering the places, accommodation and food. We had packed several wonderful experiences and memories from the trip. The coach was cleanly maintained by the driver.

The road travel was too much and the locations of the hotels were very far from the actual places. We used to travel 3-4 hrs for half an hour sight seeing which was overwhelming. It would have been amazing experience if the hotels were booked close to the view points like interlaken, Titlis (in Switzerland).

However, the stay at the hotel 'The Hotel park' was horrible. The hotel room wasn't upto the mark, blankets were not cleaned, no kettle was provided in the room, room looked third class. Food was equally very bad.

If not for this i would have give a 5star rating.

We have planned this family trip through Tripfactory. Mr.Sanket Dey has helped me to chose right itinerary. and ground staff has provided prompt service every where. Cab Drivers are very professionals. in one scenario in shared transfers, other guests are not in time which has caused delay transfer. Apart from the our overall trip was satisfied.

Overall a good experience. The hotel room was too small for 3 people on Phuket. Could have been better.

Trip factory provide very good service once at your destination however the hotel in Bangkok buffet breakfast was not good as they provide same menu everyday…also the customer service on call in India is not up to the mark….need to improve on call service ….other services are good

Manali and Shimla trip was really amazing. Our driver Mr. Manoj Kumar is really skilled and polite and guided us throughout the journey.

We travelled to Andaman for 7 days and totally it was very good experiance. Our destination expert Maheshwari helped us a lot in place selection, she advised all safety things. Also covered lal the places whithout wasting any time.

It was NICE : We booked 6 Nights 7 Days Trip to Thailand : Timely managed, Good Communication, provided good option for STAY, Would have given 5 - only reason 1 less star because the HOTEL we were provided was @ Outskirts of BKK - almost 1hr travel to proper city - So every time if need to go in CITY it cost us 2hrs of travel - including cost of 700 baht every time we book taxi and Hotel coupons and all was provided at end moment on day of travel after many follow ups - Rest all good... would highly recommend.....
