This is the 3rd trip i'm taking with TripFactory & as always had a wonderful experience. The team is very professional and provided my very good support throughout the trip. Very good planning and coordination. Hotel choices could have been better as some of the hotels were at far off locations and accessibility to tourist places and beaches was a issue.

Could improve on the suggestions and knowledge about the places so they can recommend better to their clients.

Trip Factory had arranged a trip for us in Andaman. It was a 3 nights 4 days’ trip. From the time the customer executive gathered information from us on our expectations on the tour and giving us various options till the drop at Airport on day 4, they were very well organised. Ms. Jyothi was customer friendly and planned out the itinerary very well. The Tour Guide Mr. Navin Kumar was fully accessible and willing to support us with all last minute requests. He was excellent in ensuring that we are completely at ease and all activities went on well. The cab drivers and coordinators Mr. Kalida, Mr. Bishnu, Mr. Danish and Mr. Sai, were well in co-ordinating and was on time for all pick up. Great work Trip Factory and their staff. Highly recommend them for planning a hassle free vacation.

I'm greatful to Tripfactory for arranging hassle free tour to Phuket as per the agreed terms and conditions. All conditions were fulfilled as agreed. We did not face any problem in our whole tour. Everywhere concerned person contacted us and made our itineries very confortable. Time to time instructions / guidelines also were given promptly to avoid any lag in the tour. We (me and my wife) are very happy about the tour, had a nice time in Phuket. Thanking Tripfactory team for all the coordination and help.

This is my second trip with TripFactory and the overall experience is very good.
But my first day tour to Marina cruise is slightly tight as the flight got delayed and we have to rush for the cruise tour on 24.12.2022.

Tripfactory Service is good! Specelly Shreyashee is very helpful and always available for any query.

The only issue is with my hotel room, as I had booked Deluxe plus room but I got normal standard room.

After escalation with team, they have changed my room.

Overall experience is awesome!

The team had curated a great experience for me and my husband. There were sligh miscommunications between the team and the third party dies to which we faced small inconveniences. But otherwise the package was perfect and the team was able to provide support 24*7. They were able to pick the best locations to stay and as a result we were able to explore the place on our own as well. The package also made sure that it covered the prime destinations in Krabi and Phuket. This is my third tour with Tripfactory and I hope to go on further more tours curated by the team.

Me and my husband went for our honeymoon to Turkey, we had an amazing experience. The whole trip went on very smoothly, the pick ups, drops, hotels. We had multiple conversations before the trip to plan a personalised trip. Overall, thumbs up to the entire trip factory team.

The property was very well maintained… and is huge property
They have in-house grown vegetables n other things which they use for the meals they serve …
The food was also very delicious had a lot of varieties at breakfast time ……
In all it’s a must stay for everyone to have an experience of our culture toooo
