Yes the Trip for Dubai was too Good and Trip Factory organized it very Well, only the issue was regarding the required Passport size photos for VISA processing and RTPCR Test information is given in the last moment which is not right, RTPCR Test to be taken before 48 Hours only but that communication has to be given much earlier to plan it accordingly , and the vouchers they should have shared in telgram as the internet was not working while travelling as a back up

Otherwise the way they organized the Trip Plan as per our requirement , overall we are happy with TRIP FACTORY

4 days package to Jaipur was a good experience through Trip Factory. The driver for the city tour was experienced and suggested us good restaurants and guided us.

Hotel Royal Orchid central was good but scope for improving the upkeep.

All arrangements were good. There was no issue at any place. Hotel booking. local visits, flight timings all was good. Daily tour informations were shared one day in advance. Overall, very good.

Really nice arrangements

The trip was well organized. Special thanks to Jyotsana for getting all the changes I requested. There was a mistake in my transfer timing from singapore to malaysia, but this was also corrected later.

wonderfull experience with trip factory, I have booked the package for Pattaya & Bangkok through Trip Factory. i have enjoyed every thing because the commitement adherence of company. Booked hotel in Bangkok is quite good, moreover the TaxiCab are always on time and punctual.

Local operators in Pattya & Bangkok is good, they help us to visiting the diferent places of the cities.

I am very much impressed with the quality of services, proactive approach and people associated with it. No amount of word is enough to appreciate Mr. Thomas, a companion of entire journey.

On the occasion of our second year wedding anniversary, we planned our trip to Kerala. Yet again we chose trip factory as we already had a good experience with our first anniversary trip to Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
Overall the trip was good and no wonder why Kerala is called God's own country.

Day 1&2 At Munnar:
At first day we met our transporter Mr. Sooraj at Kochi, He is experienced with great driving skills, had a very good knowledge about places and planned to cover places very well. Because of him we could manage to cover lot of places in short time in Kerala.
The worst experience was our stay in Hill partridge hotel in munnar. The room was deluxe category but it felt like standard room. Also small observations like there was no kettle, TV was working but no cable recharge until complained (football fan here:) ), Swimming Pool available but water was not clean, it was filled with lot of floating insects. Dinner was not upto the mark as per price standards. Paint smell was there inside the room, broken ceiling outside the door etc.
Apart from that the location, wifi, offered morning breakfast and room service was good.
If given a chance would like the resort to consider the points and improvise else it would be better to avoid booking to this hotel in future.

Day 3 Thekkady:
Stayed in Jungle park resort, is one of the best resort of our trip. Everything is good the staff behaviour, food, view of the room and other facilities.

Day 4 Alleppey:
Stay at treebo Tryst Palmyra milford was good with good facilities even though its standard double room. Food was okay.

Overall the trip was good and trip factory team was available to help and provide a different resort at day two.

An extremely smooth experience. Right from curating the best itinerary to catering to last minute changes : requests, trip factory staff has been very responsive and quick to act. They would be very fast to address any doubt. Even the on ground support of the staff was seamless. The cab drivers, ferry tickets everything was sorted and brought to my knowledge well in advance so I didn’t have to worry during the trip. A very smooth experience and will definitely continue using trip factory for all future trips.

Trip experience was excellent and trip schedule manage very well. All hotel accommodation was good but need more better in the service. Coral island pick up driver was very unproductive and left us without information. We were chasing of him but no response then we went with another transport took more than 1 hr this issue needs to address very seriously. All in very best and memorable experience of trip. Thank you one again.

We had a great time in Dubai. It was an awesome experience. Every place we were taken was aweful except for dhow cruise where we had to wait for a long time after getting dropped at the place. Some of the guests were not respecting the time and we had to wait for a long time. This is something which should be noted when we are traveling on a shared basis. But overall it was really good. We liked the hotel, food and the traveling. Thank you for everything. Look forward to meet you again

I recently went to Kerala with my family through Trip Factory. This is one of my awesome trips. Bookings made by Trip factory are also good... Especially the cab driver who has taken us from Kochi Airport and dropped us at Kochi Airport... He is so good and polite with us... He has taken good care...of us... Also, the hotels are good... Food is good.. and overall its a nice experience
