Trip factory has organised the trip well. Driver was well aware of location and really helpful. Hotels at Ooty and Mysore are good however hotel at conoor was not so good as there was no house keeping service at hotel, no staff for assistance in luggage shifting etc.

This was my first trip with Trip Factory and it was a very memorable one. Rithesh Naik was quick in understanding my needs and suggesting the best option available. The booking process was smooth and hassle free . The entire team @TripFactory was very helpful ( Sameer, Suman, Darshan , Clinton )and coordinated well during our 4N/5D trip to Krabi& Phuket in October 2022. The Hotels arranged were good and the vehicles used for transfers were also good. The drivers and tour operators were also very courteous .

It was a very well planned trip. Flights, Hotels, Taxi everything worked for us. Our taxi driver Amol made sure to provide the best possible service. He is patient, punctual and knowledgeable guy. We had a really safe and confortable drive throughout the trip. I would highly recommend him
Other thing that worked for us was timing of this trip. We did not face any major traffic jams as Mumbai was relatively less crowded, due to Diwali holidays.
We would recommend you guys to add Flimcity bus tour to your Mumbai itinerary as they have added new attractions to it.

I am very satisfied with Trip Factory's arrangements made for my Dubai tour on 22~27 Oct 2022. They have contacted us throughout the visit and updated & remained various activities, schedules, pick up, and everything. I will give 4 out of 5 ratings because reason 1) during the half-day city trip the toilet facility and lunch stop was not included and 2) the hotel selected for me was in a distant place from Indian Hotels. My stay in The hotel Movenpick was very nice, a calm place and all security.

Trip Factory ensured smooth vacation. The only thing which I disliked was the location of the hotel. Otherwise the experience was good. Ritesh helped with all updates/changes.

8 day trip to Turkey. Overall the trip was very organized and did not face any issues especially with the hotels and taxis absolutely punctual. All hotels were in the center of towns and specifically the hotels in Cappadocia and Kusadasi were good while the hotels in Istanbul were too small for 2 people. I would like to mention the hotel Mira Cappadocia was very nice with stone walls to give an imperial look and very good hospitality by the hotel owner.
I felt the TripFactory team could have been more interactive and updated me about the hotels and day tours in each city so we know what to expect in detail. This could be a daily job for TripFactory, but for a person travelling to a new country, felt we could have optimized our trip better like the normal day tours hosted by travel guides tend to spend some time in souvenir shops which kills time for those not interested in shopping.

My trip to Pattaya & Bangkok on 16th to 23rd October was really awesome. Beautiful country with a warm welcoming people & pleasant climate. Very good service from trip factory through out the trip. Enjoyed a lot at coral island tour, tiger park, walking street & beaches at Pattaya. Also enjoyed each and every day @ Bangkok especially safari world, shopping, massage & night life too.
