Overall it was an awesome experience, right from the enquiry, booking and till completion of the journey, trip factory did a splendid job. Right from the enquiry stage, our travel expert Kamini made sure all our queries are cleared and payment was seamless.

Coming to the trip, the team made sure we picked the right itinerary as per our schedule, the taxi services both private and shared were pretty decent. Hotels both in Krabi and Patong were good ones. And there was a constant flow of information about the itinerary through the telegram app. The response for every query throughout the journey was instant irrespective of the time. Not even once, we felt we were lost. All in all, I would highly recommend the travel by trip factory.

it was well arranged trip, the properties chosen for stay were good and travel during the trip was very comfortable.

Trip was good , activities timing were nicely informed on Telegram. I thoroughly enjoyed in Dubai.
Ony the conecrn was the indian family joining on sharing cab were not arriving on time infact 10 minutes was the maximum waiting time and the driver used to wait for 30 min, and this give you less chance to enjoy once you reach your activity point.

Overall it was a good experience while booking through TripFactory. Hospitality by ICS travel group was excellent. But yes I would say the for the water sports activity the itenary & the tickets given didn’t match, that was pretty disappointing. The stay at alam puisi villa was pretty okay not as well as depicted in the pictures. Special mention to your agent who took great care & concern about the travel throughout the tour. I Would recommend to travel by TripFactory in future too.

Thanks to TripFactory to arranging wonderful trip to Dubai. We had an unforgettable memories and experience.
Our travel coordinator Mr.Alok Sharma had very good knowledge about places and he has given useful tips before we start our journey. Could have just mentioned beach names for neil island instead of writing "half day city tour". Otherwise everything was good.

This was our fourth trip with Trip Factory and it lived up to our very high expectations. Trip of " Gangtok and Darjeeling" was a wonderfully organized by Sanket Dey with beautiful itinerary. The hotel and cab was beautiful and comfortable.
The trip represented great travel for the cost. Our booking was easy, the pre-information packet was timely and thorough. Interim questions were handled promptly. All the transfers were perfect.

Excellent experience and tremendous support by whole team

It was nice trip , I have enjoyed it a lot ...good team work by trip factory

Itinerary given by Meenakshi was good and met the expectation.

Concerns:
1. when landed in Andaman, there was hotel confusion. Your local agent was not ready to own responsibility and NOT ready to coordinate with you. Inspite of the bad telephone network, I could reach out to your group and the issue got resolved.

2. Every day we use to get different drivers and had to note down their telephone number for coordination.

3. As per the Itinerary, we were supposed to get water sport activities at Havelock - Elephant beach. Your agent did not have any info. We had to follow up a couple of times and finally got at Neil. DID NOT UNDERSTAND COMMUNICATION GAP

4. A major concern is on the last day where your agent did not coordinate well to drop us to airport. Though we were ready by 7.45 am, we got a cab at 8.30 am to catch 9.30 am flight to Bangalore. Flight team members pulled us from a long queue and helped us to get on-boarded soon.
