Over all experience was good .. the hotels booked were pretty good expect for the house boat in allepy .. and the house boat we boarded was in other area named komarkom and not allepy .. so make sure to cover places for which people have booked... and though the house boat was not sharing we got one room which was occupied with furniture and there was no place was extra mattress and after sunset we found all insects which makes impossible to sleep down in the room which doesnt have any space . Just take care of this and really satisfied with everything else.

It was well planned trip by Poonam Chetry. She was in regular touch to make this trip comfortable and joyable.
We enjoyed the whole trip a lot. We didnt have to bother about other stuff like booking hotels, commute etc, as we were provided all accessory amenities, we just focused on enjoying our trip, beautiful locations.

She is very much helpful she make Ower trip best trip ever just from the beginning when I contact sanchita for the first time she seemed really helpful and diligent moreover during the trip she was in daily contact with us just to be sure that everything was going well and to reply Ower doubt and questions .the hotel was much better then the expected .I am really satisfied with thank you for making us live this wonderful experience .

This has been a wonderfully curated trip wherein not even a single day went off my desires. The work done by my Travel Expert Mr. Pulkit Gupta on curating the trip as per my desires keeping in mind my comfort as well as cost restrictions is commendable.

My package included not only the stay at Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi but also the flights/transfers and Visa services. And I don't think I had to put any of time on preparation for trip after making the payment. The whole experience was smooth without hassles.

Another good thing about Trip Factory is that they had local coordinators for the trip who will take care of your needs during the trip. And I must appreciate the efforts taken by them.

Perfect trip organised by tripfactory. Highly recommended. Punctual and polite drivers( den and roshan for sikkim and darjeeling). Cars provided were neat and in excellent condition. Entire trip went very smooth. There was even a follow-up from their side if everything is okay. Would recommend trip factory to my friends and family.

Few points as feedback from my side:
SIC driver Nathan was helpful and cooperative however he refused to take a halt at Fountain of wealth due to parking rules. TripFactory team can check if a 5-10 minute halt is possible there as that’s a photogenic attraction place
Gardens by the bay night show called Garden Rhapsody is a free show throughout the year. However they made it a ticketed attraction ($10) only for the month of December due to Christmas holidays. TripFactory team should inform customers about this in advance.
Please do inform customers about Singapore weather in advance so that they can be ready with proper travel gear

I travelled to Dubai which was a well organized trip by TripFactory. They arranged everything properly. I got the Visa on time. Their itinerary team also supported so well in changing the itinerary as per my requirements. Even they manage to change the itinerary during the trip as I wanted to do so. Also their 24x7 telegram support team did an outstanding job. They were always ready to reply my queries and always helped me. I'm really surprised to see that how much dedicated their staffs are to their work. Their staffs are too friendly. The hotel they arranged was awesome. They arranged the transport services time to time. I really enjoyed the whole journey. I'm super happy with their overall services and will definitely contact them for my next trips. The trip was good, organised, also telegram facilities was there. Good for Dubai trip .

Only thing to mention that lake canopy didnot provide complimentary boat ride. Against that they upgraded the room.

First things first: Jeevandhara has been very supportive & patience with all my queries and I would like to use this platform & appreciate all her good efforts. With regard to Dubai Trip- everything was meticulously planned & executed in a fabulous manner. Just one advice - Half Day City Tour could have been better & i would have appreciated if the tour guide concentrated more on City Tour rather than doing push sales (by making us visit to different Art Galleries) and secondly, the Dhow Cruise was am disappointment. First, I was booked to sit with my family (I was not even asked for my choice of seating) on the lower deck & when requested the Cruise Manager to shift me to the upper deck which is open & one can get a good view of the city, I was bluntly denied of the same. Minus these two experiences, I had an wonderful & memorable tour.

Overall it was pleasant trip. We had fun and hotels and service was good. Must appreciate 24/7 service as well.
Only i was bit not happy with trip planning. Our 2 days got wasted because of that.

I found the service and response of TRIP FACTORY to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My emails and queries were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to.
The company dream journey took the charge once we reached port blair.. They were awesome too.. All the tour coordinators, drivers were friendly and courteous.. The stay at all the islands was pretty much awesome.. Specially THE BLUE BIRD RESORT at HAVELOCK ISLAND..
