Terms and Conditions
- 1. Conference rate is inclusive of AMT & PMT and one Non Veg In Main Course
- 2. The tariff would be applicable to all resident Indians & foreigner national with a valid Indian Work Permit.
- 3. The current applicable tax in Varanasi is 12.42% and is subject to change as per government notifications.
- 4. Check in 14.00 hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs. For arrivals between 0800 hrs to 1000.hrs and departure between 1500 hrs to 1700 hrs and additional half a day charge would be liable for payment for arrivals before 0800 hrs departures after 1700 hrs and additional full day charge would be applicable. Early check ins and late check out are subject availability
- 5. All the reservation will be held till 1800 hrs after which they will be released unless paid for in advance.
- 6. All amendments and cancellations must be made for 48 hrs prior to expect arrival in writing beyond which retention charges equivalent to one night?s room charges will be levied.
- 7. In the event of no show, all days retention charges will be payable.
- 8. All bookings will be guaranteed only after receiving a written company letter / mail. All payment to be made on or before final departure of each booking in favor of HOTEL HINDUSTHAN INTERNATIONAL, payable at Varanasi
- 9. Credit facility may be extended only after receiving a company letter and an approval from the credit authority of The HHI Varanasi.
- 10. Credit would be extended for a maximum of 15 days from the date of the bill. Interest will be liable to be paid on extended days.
- 11. Room confirmation is subject to availability
- 12. These special rates are subject to change and would be reviewed quarterly.
- 13. This letter supersedes any previous rate letter issued for the same periods.
