Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrive At Srinagar
Upon arrival in Srinagar, you will be escorted to your hotel/houseboat. Shikara trip to lakes visiting the interior of the Dal Lake . To see the life of people in the lake and floating gardens. Evening return back to the hotel/houseboats. Dinner and Overnight stay in hotel/houseboats.
Day 2: Srinagar Local Sightseeing
After breakfast leave for Sightseeing tour of Mughal Gardens visiting Cheshmashahi (The Royal Spring), Nishat (The Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar (The Abode of Love) and famous Shankracharya temple. Afternoon free (One can go for Shikara ride on self expenses basis). Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Srinagar - Sonmarg - Srinagar
After breakfast full day free. Or optional excursion of Sonmarg - which is one of the most beautiful drive from Srinagar. You may take a pony ride (at your own cost) to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year. Return to the houseboat/hotel by the evening for overnight stay.
Day 4: Depart Srinagar
After breakfast, head to visits the Tulip Garden and to Hari Parbat Fort. Check-out from hotel and drive to Srinagar airport to board the flight for onward destination.
Exclusions
Expand- Any meals other than those mentioned above. Fuel Hike up charges will be extra Air fare Entrance fees to Amusement parks / boating charges. Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, and all items of personal nature. Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions. Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, Curfew,political disturbances etc. Aru Chandanwari and Betaab valley Trip at Pahalgam.(it is done by Union Taxi at Pahalgam and is on direct payment basis.)Thajwas Glacier Trip at Sonmarg. .(it is done by Union Taxi at Sonmarg or by pony ride and is on direct payment basis.)
