Upon your arrival at Bagdogra Airport/ New Jalpaiguri Railway Station/ Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction), meet our representative awaiting you. Later commence your drive to a hotel in Darjeeling where you will be accommodated for your stay. Welcome to the graceful environs of Darjeeling; once the summer capital of India, Darjeeling is a land blessed with eternal beauty and charm. Indulge in the aroma therapy of its tea gardens where the fresh fragrance of new tea leaves will rejuvenate and creates an impeccable memory of your North-East India tour. Evening will be free to roam around malls or local shopping center

Early morning start for Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise from the peak and to enjoy the almost surreal sight of golden rays of sun bring alive the mighty peak of Mt. Kanchendzonga (Worlds 3rd highest peak)(subject to clear weather). On your way back to the hotel you will be taken for a quick sightseeing tour to Ghoom Monastery and Batashia Loop War Memorial. The second half of the day will bring opportunity to explore Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tensing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (Closed on Sunday), Tea Estate, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed), Peace Pagoda

After breakfast drive for the city of Gangtok; upon arrival check in the hotel booked for your stay in the town. At Gangtok drive for visit to Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Enchey Monastery, White Hall, Flower Show, one of the finest monasteries where His holy Dalai Lama stayed for some time, Rumtek Monastery, Botanical Garden Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Tashi View Point, Banjhakri Falls etc. Overnight stay will be back at hotel in Gangtok.

Commence excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir nearly 40 kilometers and 2 hours drive along the Kyongnosla Alpine Sanctuary, the home to the red panda and the blood pheasant with Rhododendron and other alpine trees. Situated at an elevation of 3753 meters / 12310 feet, the Lake is oval shaped lake nearly 50 feet deep. Generally covered in snow for most of the year, this lake is home to the Brahmini ducks & many migratory birds. Nearby is the sacred Baba Mandir known to be a very holy site for all. Nathu La Pass to Republic of China is nearly 20 kilometers and is optional tour. Back at Gangtok evening will be free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local shopping center. Overnight stay at Gangtok. (Incase of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided).

After breakfast transfer to Siliguri /New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction). Nearly 135 kilometers 4 ½ - 5 hours drive will take you to your desired destination from where you will begin journey back onward.
