About the tour

Day 01: Arrive Delhi

  • Traditional Welcome at New Delhi (India) upon arrival
  • at Airport and be transferred to your Hotel.
  • Delhi is a city that bridges two different worlds. Old Delhi, once the capital of
  • Islamic India, is a labyrinth of narrow lanes lined with crumbling havelis and
  • formidable mosques. In contrast, the imperial city of New Delhi created by
  • the British Raj is composed of spacious, tree-lined avenues and imposing
  • government buildings. Delhi has been the seat of power for several rulers
  • and many empires for about a millennium. Many a times the city was built,
  • destroyed and then rebuilt here. Interestingly, a number of Delhi's rulers
  • played a dual role, first as destroyers and then as creators.

Day 02: Delhi City Tour

  • Morning after breakfast explore city tour of Delhi visiting Old and New Delhi
  • with the amalgamation of History and modern facets that Delhi holds on her
  • lap and yet being one of the most cosmopolitan city of the World. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 03: Delhi – Khajuraho (By Train Dep.0600 Hrs / Arr.1045 Hrs)

  • Early morning TCI representative will pick you up from the hotel and assist
  • you departure transfer to the New Delhi railway station to board your train
  • for Jhansi. On arrival at Jhansi TCI representative will pick you up from the
  • railway station and drive to Khajuraho. Enroute visit Orchha fort. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 04: Khajuraho – Agra (By Train)

  • Morning after breakfast proceed for a city tour of Khajuraho, The legendary
  • temples of Khajuraho are an incomparable experience. Acknowledged as
  • one of the world's artistic wonders, these temples dedicated to the Hindu
  • pantheon of Gods are covered in carvings that are a paean to life and love.
  • Built within a short span of a hundred years by the Chandela Rajputs, the
  • 10th century temples lay forgotten until they were discovered in the present
  • century. Khajuraho has achieved fame for the sensual appeal of its erotic
  • sculptures.
  • Explore the Western and Eastern temples of Khajuraho while your guide
  • explains the intricate meaning and legends behind each describable
  • sculpture.
  • Later departure transfer to the Jhansi railway station to board your train for
  • Agra. (By NDLS Shatabdi Dep. 1759 hrs/Arr.2030 hrs).
  • On arrival at Agra TCI representative will pick you up from the railway station
  • and assist you to check in at the hotel.
  • Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 05: Agra – Jaipur (230 Kms / 04 Hrs Approx)

  • After the breakfast proceed for full day sight seeing tour of Agra with your
  • romantic encounter with Taj Mahal, and rejuvenate your self and witness the
  • great emblem of eternal love. Shah Jahan built Taj Mahal in memory of his
  • beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. It is entirely made of white marble and its walls
  • are decorated with exquisite pietra dura and have taken a very special place
  • in UNESCO World Heritage site. Also visit Agra Fort and Itmad-ud-daulah’s
  • Tomb.
  • Later drive to Jaipur, enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri.
  • Fatehpur Sikri evokes nostalgia of history amongst Indian minds. The richest
  • period of history can be attributed to the Mughal period, Akbar being one
  • of the emperors who shone the brightest for his deeds. And Fatehpur Sikri
  • stands for all the architectural wonder that this emperor’ time could conjure
  • up.

Day 06: Jaipur Sightseeing

  • Morning after breakfast explore city tour of Jaipur, including, City Palace
  • in the heart of Jaipur is known for its blend of Rajasthani and Mughal
  • architecture, Central Museum with its large collection of woodwork, jewelry,
  • costumes, brassware. Jantar Mantar is the largest of the five observatories
  • built by Sawai Jai Singh. The Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds).
  • Evening visit Chokhi Dhani.
  • Chokhi Dhani Village has been the mirror of Rajasthan culture since 1989.
  • Started as part of ambiance for a restaurant, over the years it has evolved
  • as a tasteful and authentic symbol of ethnic village life of this most colorful
  • state in the country. Today, the name of Chokhi Dhani is synonymous with
  • Rajasthani culture throughout the country.

Day 07: Jaipur – Jodhpur (336 Kms / 06 Hrs Approx)

  • After breakfast drive to Jodhpur. Arrive and check in the hotel.
  • After lunch proceeds for sightseeing of Maharangarh Fort- best known for
  • its indigo-hued homes and buildings, Jodhpur is the former capital of the
  • Marwar. The Mehrangarh Fort was built by RaoJodha in 1459 and later his
  • successions also added new structures. The fort is situated on a 120 meters
  • high rocky hill, this fort is witness to the lavish and royal history of Rathore. It
  • stands on strong and wide walls, which are 20 to 120 feet high and 12 to 70
  • feet thick its gigantic structure and finely carved intricate sculpture are a treat
  • for eye. The royal structures boast their own saga of security and beauty the
  • Perl palace has a delicately carved stone screen, Umaid vilas displays the
  • Rajput miniature paintings and the Ajit vilas exhibits musical instruments and
  • the royal costumes. Shopping of local handicrafts.
  • Umaid Bhawan Palace world’s finest and largest palace in the world
  • Maharaja Umaid Singh utilized the services of a well-known Edwardian
  • architect, henry Vaughan lanchester for the construction of this palace. There
  • are 347 rooms in the palace that boast about its grandness and splendor the
  • central dome that has become the identity of the palace 110 feet high. The
  • royal family in still lives a part of the palace also having the old clock museum.

Day 08: Jodhpur – Udaipur (276 Kms / 05 Hrs Approx)

  • In the morning after breakfast proceed to Udaipur the city of lakes that
  • awaits with its Charm and Royalty. Arrive and check in the hotel.
  • Evening enjoy boat ride at Lake Pichola and also visit Shilpgram.
  • A crafts village located northwest of Udaipur, Shilpgram hosts an annual
  • crafts fair which is one of the biggest in India; people from different states in
  • the country have stalls showcasing their art and crafts work.

Day 09: Udaipur

In the morning after breakfast proceed for a full day of sight seeing of Udaipur. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 10: Udaipur – Goa (By Flight)

  • Morning TCI representative will pick you up from the hotel and assist you
  • departure transfer to the Udaipur airport to board your flight for Goa.
  • On arrival at Goa TCI representative will pick you up from the airport and
  • assist you during check in at the hotel.

Day 11: Goa Sightseeing

  • Morning after breakfast proceed for a city tour of Goa.
  • Fort Aguada: The grand fort of Aguada was constructed in 1612 in order to
  • prevent the entry of ships into the river Mandovi thus protecting old Goa from
  • enemy attacks. Located at a distance of around 22 km from Bardez, Fort
  • Aguada boasts of the first ever light house in Asia.

Day 12: Goa (Day At Leisure)

  • Morning after breakfast day enjoy at Goa beaches.
  • Goa famous for nightlife, Club, Casino, Bar so enjoy the nights at Club Titos,

Day 13: Goa – Mumbai (By Flight)

  • Morning after breakfast departure transfer to the Goa airport to board your
  • flight for Mumbai.
  • On arrival at Mumbai airport TCI representative will pick you up from the
  • Mumbai airport and assist you during check in at the hotel.
  • Mumbai is the capital city of the Indian state of Maharashtra. It is the most
  • populous city in India and the fourth populous city in the world.
  • After freshening up explore city tour of Mumbai.
  • Gateway of India: is a monument built during the British Raj in Mumbai, India.
  • It is located on the waterfront in the Apollo Bunder area in South Mumbai and
  • overlooks the Arabian Sea.
  • Prince of Wales Museum: The Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu
  • Sangrahalaya, formerly Prince of Wales Museum of Western India is the
  • main museum in Mumbai, formerly Bombay. It was founded in the early
  • years of the 20th century by prominent citizens of Bombay, with the help of
  • the government, to commemorate the visit of the then Prince of Wales. It is
  • located in the heart of South Mumbai near the Gateway of India. The museum
  • was renamed in the 1990s or early 2000s after Shivaji, the founder of Maratha
  • Empire.

Day 14: Mumbai Sightseeing (Elephanta Island)

  • Morning after breakfast visit Elephanta Island.
  • This island is a popular tourist destination because of the island's cave
  • temples, the Elephanta Caves that have been carved out of rock. The island
  • is easily accessible by ferry from Mumbai, being about 10 kilometers (6.2 mi)
  • from the south east coast of the island city. Boats leave daily from the
  • Gateway of India, taking about an hour each way.
  • Elephanta consists of two groups of caves—the first is a large group of
  • five Hindu caves, the second, and a smaller group of two Buddhist caves. The
  • Hindu caves contain rock cut stone sculptures, representing the Shaiva Hindu
  • sect, dedicated to the god Shiva.
  • The rock cut architecture of the caves has been dated to between the 5th and
  • 8th centuries, although the identity of the original builders is still a subject of
  • debate. The caves are hewn from solid basalt rock. All the caves were also
  • originally painted in the past, but now only traces remain.
  • The island was called Gharapuri and was a Hindu place of worship
  • until Portuguese rule began in 1534. The Portuguese called the island
  • Elephanta on seeing its huge gigantic statue of an Elephant at the entrance.

Day 15: Mumbai Departure
