- The package cost is based on the hotels mentioned in the itinerary. Any change in hotel selection or room category may result in a revision of the package price.
- Additional surcharges may apply during peak travel periods, public holidays, long weekends, festive seasons, and school vacation periods in South Africa.
- Standard hotel check-in time is from 14:30 hrs and check-out time is by 10:30 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests are advised to review hotel facilities, room categories, room sizes, and amenities directly through the respective hotel websites to ensure they meet their expectations and requirements.
- Vehicle usage is limited to the sightseeing duration specified in the itinerary. Full-day services generally operate for 8–9 hours, half-day services for 4–5 hours, and Garden Route services for approximately 10–12 hours. Additional hours, if available, will be charged separately.
- Driver and guide accommodations may be arranged separately and not necessarily within the same property as guests.
- Gratuities are not included. Tipping drivers and guides is customary in South Africa and is recommended for satisfactory service.
- Unused services, entrance fees, sightseeing tours, transfers, meals, or accommodation components are non-refundable.
- In the event that any attraction or sightseeing activity is cancelled due to weather conditions or operational reasons, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the supplier's policy and may be adjusted against future bookings where applicable.
- Any deposit paid towards booking confirmation or visa support documentation will be adjusted against the final invoice. Such deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- All quoted rates are net and exclusive of any bank transfer fees, transaction charges, or currency conversion costs, which must be borne by the client.
- Payments made via cash deposits, credit cards, or other payment gateways may attract applicable transaction and handling charges as per banking regulations.
- Child policies vary across hotels and resorts in South Africa. Accommodation arrangements for children are subject to individual hotel policies and room availability.
