- Cancellation Policy: If Cancellation is done15 days before check in we will refund 80% of the amount (20% adjusted for transfer charges). If cancellation is done 7 days before checkin we will refund 25% of the amount (75% adjusted for transfer charges). If cancellation done less than 7 days in advance then we charge 100% of the amount.
- No Show Policy: In case the guest holds a booking but doesnt arrive on the arrival date then the 100% amount for the booking gets forfieted and the hotel will charge the entire amount from the guests' credit card.
