Useful Tips before Booking
- Vehicle as mentioned in the booking will be provided. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicle or upgraded vehicle is required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
- A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room & the third occupant of the room shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
- Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary.The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified, in case of any changes post confirmation additional cost may be applicableon the basis of changes done (to be bourne by the customer)(Vehicle operational timings 08:30 AM to 07:30 PM).
- Itinerary changes are subjected to availability of tours, weather conditions and operational possibilities.
- Any Tour if missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing, time permitting.
- Due to operational reasons, the routing of the tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
- No Hand baggage will be allowed to be carried inside the aircraft at Srinagar Airport due to security reasons. Only jewellery and laptops will be allowed for cabin baggage.Guest need to reach prior 03 to 04 hrs to the departure due to strict security check in.
- Vehicles in Hill Areas – Even if you opt for AC vehicle, in hill stations AC is non-operational to avoid damage or mid-trip break down of the vehicle for your own convenience. Also, in several hill areas, commercial vehicles are not allowed to play music to prevent accidents
- If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may have to collect your luggage on arrival at the connecting hub and register it again while checking in for the return journey to your origin.
- At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).
- Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
