Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrival In Delhi
Welcome at the airport and transfer to the hotel in the center of Delhi. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Delhi - Manali (2000 M)
Long Day (14 H): train until Chandigarh and private vehicle for Manali. Arrival in the evening at Manali. Overnight stay in a comfortable and family Guest-House in the heart of the old village of Manali.
Day 3: Manali (2000 M)
Day of acclimatization. Visit of old Manali, temple of Adimba and surrounding villages. Overnight stay at the Guesthouse.
Day 4: Manali - Naggar (1750 M)
Road to Naggar, at 30 km of Manali (1900m). Visit of many villages-temples along the road as well as the temple and castle of Naggar. Camping above the village.
Day 5: Naggar - Rumsu (2150 M) [3 H Of Walk]
Beginning of the trek through fields and villages. Camping at the village of Rumsu (2150 m).
Day 6: Rumsu - Chiklani (2650 M) [4/5 H Of Walk]
Climbing through a forest of pines then of rhododendrons to the hamlet of Chiklani (2650 m). Camping.
Day 7: Chiklani - Chandrakani Pass - Nagrunj (3000 M) [5/6 H Of Walk]
Passage of the pass of Chandrakhani (3600 m), peak of the trekking. Re descending through the valley of Malana to Nagrunj (3000 m). Camping.
Day 8: Nagrunj - Malana (2700 M) [4/5 H Of Walk]
Descending in direction of Malana. We will cross many fields of cannabis and small villages of mountain pasture. Camping close to the village of Malana.
Day 9: Malana (2700 M)
Day to discover Malana and its inhabitants. Camping close to the village of Malana.
Day 10: Malana - Rashol Pass - Manikaran (1850 M) [5/6 H Of Walk]
After crossing the village of Rashol (3200 m), we will reach Manikaran (1850 m). Bathe in the sources of hot water. Meetings with many Sikhs pilgrims. Camping.
Day 11: Manikaran - Manali
Return to Manali by the road while crossing many villages. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 12: Manali - Delhi
Free Day in Manali. Night Bus for Delhi.
Day 13: Delhi - International Airport
Arrival in Delhi at the beginning of morning. Transfer to the hotel. Free afternoon. In the evening transfer to the international airport.
